1. Eligibility

- You are responsible for ensuring that participation in the course does not violate any applicable laws or employer policies.
2. Account & Access
- You agree to provide accurate information during registration and keep it updated.
- Account credentials (LMS logins, meeting links) are personal and cannot be shared without written permission.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
3. Payments & Invoices
- Course fees must be paid in full before access is granted unless a written instalment plan exists.
- All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes; statutory taxes will be added to the invoice.
- Non-payment or chargebacks may result in immediate suspension of services.

5. Cancellations & Refunds
Refunds are processed subject to the terms in our Refund Policy. By enrolling, you acknowledge that the refund window and conditions may be limited after attending live sessions or accessing downloadable content.
6. Intellectual Property
- All course materials, recordings, case studies, and templates are the intellectual property of Ariba Online Training or its licensors.
- You may use course material solely for personal learning. Reproduction, distribution, or public sharing is prohibited without written consent.
- Use of the Ariba Online Training name, logo, or content for promotions requires explicit permission.
7. Code of Conduct
- Participants must maintain professional behaviour in live classes, forums, and community channels.
- Harassment, discriminatory remarks, or disruptive conduct may lead to removal from the programme without refund.
8. Disclaimers
- We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date training, but we do not guarantee a job, promotion, or specific compensation outcome.
- Our courses are independent of SAP SE; SAP trademark rights belong to SAP SE and its affiliates.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ariba Online Training shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services. Direct liability, if any, will be limited to the amount paid for the relevant course.
10. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, or regulatory actions.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
