Delivery Policy

This Delivery Policy describes how Ariba Online Training provides access to training programmes, learning materials, mentoring sessions, and post-training support. Our goal is to ensure every enrolled learner receives timely access to the resources promised at the time of registration.

1. Course Delivery Format

• Live online sessions: conducted via Zoom or Microsoft Teams. Joining links and schedules are emailed at least 24 hours in advance.
• Self-paced modules: hosted on our learning management system (LMS) with 24/7 access for the duration mentioned in the course brochure.
• Hands-on labs & sandboxes: cloud instances or guided simulations shared during the programme to practise SAP Ariba scenarios.

2. Access Provisioning

• LMS credentials are issued within 24 hours of payment confirmation. If you do not receive them, please check spam folders and then contact the support team.
• Live session invites (calendar and email) are sent at least 24 hours before the scheduled class. Reminders are shared two hours prior to the session.
• Recordings of live sessions are uploaded to the LMS within 24–48 hours and remain available until the end of your access period.

3. Hardware & Software Requirements

Learners should have:

• A laptop/desktop with a minimum of 8 GB RAM and a stable broadband connection (5 Mbps or higher).
• Updated web browser (Chrome, Edge, or Firefox) and the latest Zoom/Teams client.
• Firewall permissions to access SAP Ariba demo/training systems and the LMS.

4. Support & Escalation

• Technical support: for login, audio/video issues, or LMS access, WhatsApp +91 8408878222 or email support@aribaonlinetraining.com.
• Faculty support: queries regarding course content can be posted in the LMS discussion boards or addressed during live Q&A sessions.
• Escalations: unresolved issues are escalated to the programme coordinator within one business day.

5. Rescheduling & Missed Classes

• If a live session needs to be rescheduled by the instructor, we will inform all participants immediately and provide an alternative slot.
• Learners who miss a class can watch the recording and schedule a short doubt-clearing session through our support desk (subject to instructor availability).

6. Completion Certificates

Digital certificates are issued via email within 5–7 business days of course completion, provided attendance and assignment requirements are met. Hard copies can be couriered upon request and may entail additional charges depending on the destination.

7. Policy Changes

We may update this Delivery Policy to reflect new processes, tools, or regulatory requirements. Updates will be posted on this page with the revision date.
